SmartSubmit, PageMajik’s Submission module covers different editorial workflow stages – from setting up the project, defining the book map (book name, genre, the schedule, the workflow, chapters) to inviting authors and receiving the content written and submitted by authors. The submission module also comes with dashboards to track and monitor the project.

To access the Submission module, you need user credentials with the role “DE”. On typing the PageMajik URL in your Google Chrome browser window, you will be prompted to sign in. If you are already a PageMajik user and have access to another module such as Production, you can switch to Submission by selecting “Editorial” from the “My Sites” menu on the top menu bar.

There are totally 5 steps in setting up a project for Submission. The submission process (for the author) is by itself very simple and intuitive for the author.
