You can upload one or more images after creating a chapter/article. All you need to do is double-click on the chapter/article in the "Chapters" or "Articles" screen to go to the Tab View  where you can use the "Add File" icon to upload the images for the chapter/article. For more information on icons, see section "Icons and Actions".
